 After you complete your purchase, we’ll email you a QR code with step-by-step installation instructions within 24 hours of your arrival date in Canada. This ensures your eSIM is ready for activation as soon as you land.

Nope! There's no app required. Everything is done through your phone's built-in settings — quick and easy.

Follow these simple steps to check if your phone supports eSIM.

iPhone: Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > Add eSIM. If you see “Add eSIM” or “Add Cellular Plan,” your device is compatible.

Android (Samsung):
 Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager. If you see “Add eSIM,” your device supports it.

Alternatively you can also try the following:

  1. On your phone, dial *#06#.
  2. Look for a number labeled EID.
  3. If you see an EID, your phone supports eSIM. If no EID appears, the device does not support eSIM
